Santos Moving was absolutely fantastic for our complicated move from house to nearby townhouse. It took multiple days, lots of stairs, a garage and basement, and a patio with fire table and chiminea. They arrived early, took good care of everything including many boxes of very fragile china/stemware, and even came back to reposition furniture and tweak things they'd run out of time for. They were respectful of me and each other, and made the process run as smoothly as possible. Highly recommend. ​

Seamless, efficient, thorough, and attentive from start to finish! Berto and Brock are a wonderful team. They had pre-scouted the destination to ensure that they brought the appropriate truck to navigate the curved driveway, and looked at the path from the driveway to the bulkhead, etc., so that moving day was seamless. On moving day, they arrived right when expected and were great. They kept the washer + dryer/their platforms well cushioned, and moved them with care to the destination location. Similarly, they were truly a well-oiled machine, loading their truck with items that needed to move from the W/D destination to our current home. They were undeterred by the variety of item sizes and were equally deft at unloading the truck toward the end of the move. We cannot overstate how terrific Santos was to work with, from our initial communications with Jessica, all the way through the move itself.

We had a great experience working with the Santos Moving team. They were punctual, efficient and got the job done in a timely fashion. All the boxes were kept in their designated rooms and they made sure the furniture was assembled in the spots we wanted it to be. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Very thrilled with my entire experience and would definitely recommend this moving company to others! From Angel and Sal going out of their way to drop off some boxes for me, to Kevin coming in person to provide an (accurate!) estimate, to Angel and Rudolph taking careful inventory on moving day and making sure all my belongings made it onto the truck safely, I was super impressed and grateful.

New England Household recently moved us cross country. We had a great experience, starting with Kevin giving us an estimate. He was very professional and easy to work with. The office staff was great in supplying all the paperwork. Then the crew on moving day - wow, they were great. Very efficient, professional, and personable. All in all, we highly recommend using New England Household Moving for your next move, whether local or long distance.

We’ve used New England Household for every one of our moves and each experience has been outstanding. Most recently we downsized from the suburbs to Boston, from our big house to a small apartment, and so we’re also storing things in their warehouse. We first used them when we moved from the UK many years ago, and now our adult children have used them as they’ve moved into their own apartments. Amazingly personal attention and courtesy. Their crews are polite, tidy and conscientious. The office staff - led by the owner who is third generation of this family business - takes a personal interest in and values each one of our moves, whether it’s a big job or a smaller one. It’s nice to see the same faces of their long-term staff on our moves, and all very friendly and professional. In short, we can’t speak highly enough of New England Household. When it comes to such a personal matter as a household move, we trust and can highly recommend them.
